SECOND DAY: The Taste Museums: The Chianti Museum (Castellina in Chianti), The Museum of the Vernaccia Wine (San Gimignano), The Museum of the Vine and Wine (Roccastrada).

THIRD DAY – The Tonnare (Tuna fishing fisheries) are very fascinating places – The ancient Tonnara of Favignana partially transformed in the Museum of the Sea and the Tonnara Florio symbol of the tuna fishing in Trapani.
