SECOND DAY: The Taste Museums: The Chianti Museum (Castellina in Chianti), The Museum of the Vernaccia Wine (San Gimignano), The Museum of the Vine and Wine (Roccastrada).

FIRST DAY - Catania, the city which offers artistic beauties and an excellent culinary tradition.
Tasting of mixed fry, spaghetti with mussels, sardine rolls.
Visit of an old pastry shop to taste Sicilian cannoli and cassata: typical Sicilian sweets.
SECOND DAY - At Erice to visit the salt pans and at Marsala to sip the sweet Marsala wine. Visit at the Florio wineries. At Bronte to buy pistachios.
THIRD DAY – The Tonnare (Tuna fishing fisheries) are very fascinating places – The ancient Tonnara of Favignana partially transformed in the Museum of the Sea and the Tonnara Florio symbol of the tuna fishing in Trapani.
