Lunch at the 4**** "Torre Santa Flora" restaurant in Subbiano (Historic residence; recommended by the Michelin guide). Visit of the Romanesque parish church of St. Pietro in Romena. Accommodation at the ****"I Tre Baroni Resort" in Moggiona di Poppi. Dinner at "I Tre Baroni" restaurant recommended by the Michelin and Espresso guides). Overnight stay.
• Second day:
  Visit at the Castle of Conti Guidi and the historic centre of Poppi, which is included among the most beautiful villages of Italy. Lunch at “L’Antica Cantina” restaurant in Poppi (Gourmet restaurant in an 11th century building and recommended by the Michelin guide).
